Community Meetups

To find out more about us you can join one of our weekly community meetups on Thursdays from 6pm, in the Barbican’s Hammerson room. These meetups offer an open and welcoming space where everyone can meet prospective collaborators for August, discuss project ideas, find projects in need of support, and have a tour of the Barbican’s spaces.

To find us there enter the building through the main entrance on  Silk Street, proceed to the main carpeted area in the centre of the building, then take the first steps on the left, by “Theatre Left”.

Late Proposals

The submission deadline for project and event proposals has passed. We’re still accepting submissions, but there is no guarantee that we can fit you in any more, and it may take a long time until we get around to replying. Our volunteer team is currently busy with the first batch of submissions…

Org Team Meetings

Because of the unexpected flood of interest we now also want to grow our organising team. If you’re interested in helping us set up London’s largest ever experiment in collaboration you can simply join one of our org meetings.

We meet every Tuesday 6pm at the Barbican’s Hammerson room.

Note that we generally keep these sessions very focused, there’s always lots to cover. These evenings are worthwhile visiting if you want to observe our process and get a sense of where we are in our planning, and especially if you want to help out; but they’re not the best place to discuss e.g. your project work.
